Where is wallpaper created in PSP saved?

When clicking on File>Export>Set Wallpaper it changes the Windows Wallpaper.
Very nice, but where is it saved to?
I am looking for the path.

Have Googled extensively, but am none the wiser.

Does anyone know?

Try drive:\users\yourname\pictures\PaintShop Pro Wallpaper.bmp

In XP it is found in the C:\Windows folder as a bmp file with the name PaintShop Pro Wallpaper

You could always open Regedit.exe (register editor) and menu Edit/Find... "PaintShop Pro Wallpaper" in the Data field ( uncheck Keys and Values, no need to search those for the wallpaper name).

In Windows 10 it's found in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper\'full path of the wallpaper file.'

interesting: I was just going to say it found in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Desktop\General\wallpapersource

It is saved somewhere until I export another one, but where?

@ Joelle,

My PSP X7, Windows 10, saves "PaintShop Pro Wallpaper.bmp" in
C:\\users\YourName\pictures\PaintShop Pro Wallpaper.bmp
'YourName' is of course your Windows user name.

Hartpaul's X8(?) in Windows XP saves "PaintShop Pro Wallpaper.bmp" in
C:\Windows

If you don't want to use Regedit.exe to search,
maybe use Windows Explorer to search for "PaintShop Pro Wallpaper.bmp" on your hard drive. It works using the quotation marks, I haven't tried it without.

@ Flagpole,
The registry key you found has something to do with Windows Internet Explorer. My computer has an entry for that too, but I have no idea what it is

Edit: further reading taught me that that's where Internet Explorer stores an (internet) image that you right click on and then "set as background".
