PSPx9 updates

I've had a quick look at the download site. It has a number of promo announcements. But what I would like to see is a list of all the changes from x8. Can anyone, at this stage, point me to a list of changes from x8 to x9? I was slow, reluctant, to upgrade from x7 to x8. Now I need/want to know if the next step is worth it at this stage.

X9 has not even been released officially and they are already working on the 1st Service Pack (release date August 18):

I think this early release was nothing but a public beta test they dupped many into paying for...

I wonder if there will be a proper PSPX901_PF.exe installer, which should've been the actual official release instead of a Service Pack...
