Fujifilm xe2 and xt1 images no more recognized

Hallo my aftershot pro 2 stopped to recognize fujifilm xe2 and xt1 files. No in file system, not in folder import. Before all work and I have tryed to reinstall software many time but no result. Someone have an idea about?
Linux ubuntu 12.04
