eraser tool tolerance
The background eraser tool will not let me adjust tolerance no matter what I do.i keep ending up with selections that have left over pixels that need to be removed but I cant adjust the tolerance so it either removes to much or not enough.Help please. I tried using the paint select method but still I get them hard extra pixels and when I paste the selection on to another layer to combine it with the bottom photo layer it looks horrible. The two photos do not blend smoothly.

Re: eraser tool tolerance
The background eraser attempts an auto-tolerance, when that's on there is no ability to change the tolerance. Look for the checkbox on the tool options panel that says "Auto-Tolerance" and deselect that.
