Had PSP X7 and installed X8 and everything was fine. I uninstalled X7 and the thumbnail previews are no longer showing with X8. How can I fix this?

Check in Windows 10 that something hasn't changed. I had this problem too and found the fix. Open Explorer, View tab, Options. Change folder and search options. Open the View tab, and make sure Display file icon on thumbnails is ticked. The first two boxes should be unticked. Click OK. Reboot and try again.
