ASPro 3 on Macbook - OS El Capitain - GetMore fails

None of the 'GetMore' tabs respond, so I cannot utilize Camera Profiles, Plugins or Presets. I had about 90minutes remote help from Corel Technical staff, but they could not resolve the issue. Has any other mac user come across this issue or offer help. I have repeatedly tried a clean re-install of ASPRo 3 deleting all files and preferences from their appropriate locations.
