I really want this app to work, BUT:
When attempting to load a folder of .jpg images where one of the file names contains a space the app crashes. This is running under Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. I submitted this bug to Corel but never received any feedback as to whether it would be fixed.
Reading through this forum, I see no presence of Corel support. How very disappointing! Does Corel give a rip???

this is a user-to-user forum.
although some Corel employees visit regularly of course they do not answer to every question.

Re: ASP 3 Another crash scenario
I am so very disappointing that Corel does not support their products. In a search of replacements for Adobe products, it looked very much like Corel had the answer. Not so anymore.
It is understandable that Corel would not answer every question posed in this forum but to not answer any questions either in the forum or through their so called customer support personnel is unacceptable.

Re: ASP 3 Another crash scenario
well, they didnt answer *your* question, so that is understandable.
and while i am not a corel fanboy i have to admit that Aftershot seems to have a better future than the first two years made it appear. support and debugging is slow, but it continues.
remember the old truth about software development:
NEVER hope for features or debugs.
ALWAYS think of the current version as the only one.
