Text box?

Can anyone point me to an existing script that would let me type text in a chosen rectangle, a 'text box', and get it to word wrap please? At present I visually break up my text into separate lines, using trial/error.

And I'd really like to optionally justify it across the whole width. (Not just the current three options: Left, Centre, Right.)

I suppose I could resort to MS Word, which has that fourth option. But so much better if I didn't have to leave PSP (version 8 in my case).

I'd cheerfully buy that if it met both my requirements, but unfortunately it doesn't allow 'full width' justification.
