Hi, Corel Support do not seem to be able to understand my problem. When using Screen Capture x9 after purchasing Video Studeo Pro X9 the audio continually says "Trial".
Can anyone advise? thanks , John

Re: Screen Cap X9 "trial"
Sorry John can you clarify - you are actually hearing a voice say "trial" throughout the capture ?
and just to be sure - you are using the full version of Videostudio and not the trial version ?

Re: Screen Cap X9 "trial"
Thanks for your response Brian. Definitely a registered copy of X9 pro fully paid for. Yes its a female voice saying "trial" every 10 seconds or so. The sceen cap sw is so basic that it does not have any menu options other than Setup and there is nothing there that indicates a trial. Have run it both from the installed screen cap icon and also through Video Studio X9 and still get the same problem...cheers John

Hi John
and welcome to the forums
Is your purchase a Download or Disc pack?
I can only suggest you try re-installing the program again.
Maybe a silly question but I assume you have uninstalled the Trial version?

Clean-Up tool for Video Studio
Use that to uninstall the program, then re-install.

Re: Screen Cap X9 "trial"
well no one has ever reported that before - no wonder the Corel tech was a bit confused however Screencap does have a options menu and it might be worth turning the system audio off first and see if that stops it - on the little control panel that pops up there is a "settings" option in the bottom left corner - click on that and try switching off the system audio
there must be a file somewhere on your computer with the voice in it - almost certainly a .wav file - maybe we can find that and delete it

Re: Screen Cap X9 "trial"
Hi Brian, Techo finally have me the solution which is posted below should anyone else encounter this issue...thanks again for your help
. On the keyboard, launch the Run box by pressing the Windows button then the letter R (Windows + R)
2. In the Open box, type %APPDATA% and press the enter key.
3. In the new window, find the Ulead Systems folder.
4. Open the Ulead Systems folder.
5. Open the Corel VideoStudio Pro and VideoStudio Pro (x64) folder.
6. There should be a folder named 19.0 here.
7. Rename 19.0 to 19.0_old.
