HTML5 video player resizing

Post by oscarcore »

Hello

I still have studio5 but that is ok!

I am working with the html5 project; created one, uploaded it fine but when I resize the iframe the video it self does not resize with it!

Does any one seems to know how to resize it?

Thank you in advance

Hi

I have to say that I have not used HTML projects

I created a short HTML and played in browser which showed my video as a smaller screen, pressing the Full Screen option did just that.
Restore that option and the video reverts back to original size, the border / windows now showed as black till I hit F5 to refresh which reverted to white, the original background colour.

From Share – Create Html file I was given the option to set Project Dimensions, default was SD 4:3, I chose HD 16:9, the new HTML was larger but not full screen till I resized.
There was a small border on the player as my video size did not match.

Ok started again.
I created a new HTML project setting project properties to us a frame size of 1280 x 720, (16:9 HD)
Added HD 1920 x 1080 video files.
I then chose HD 16 – 9 from the Share-create html options

I have to say that rendering was very slow, don’t know if that is CVSX5, maybe X9 will be faster as it allows for HD settings for project properties?

The HTML file can be opened using NotePad, now you should be able to re-size the frame, seems to default to using 890 x 590 irrespective of any settings made in Video Studio
Tried that but video seems to remain same size

Open Project.js in NotePad allows me to change 1280 x 720 frame size, that altered the player size not the video size.

Interesting little project

What size Player and or Video do you want to create?

That is exactly what I have done but to no avail for the last few years!

I have uploaded all files to my hosting and play with some of the files but to no avail

What size video? it doesn't matter right now because we can change the size of the video (smaller or bigger)

This is a great feature to be ale to created a video with a link in it, aka the big guys in a simple way but then we can't resize the video within the Iframe!

Some one in corel should be able to look into this and have it fixed!
