I'm using Corel AfterShot Pro 2, version 2.3.0.99 x64.
My hardware is an HP P236-TX laptop.
I cannot install any further patches, because the installer get's stuck. It appears I can see only the top left section of the installer window, so unable to click "Next" to proceed with the install. I have included a screen shot below.
I have the same problem with Corel PhotoPaint Ultimate X8.
Have not experienced this problem on another computer, or another software, ever.
Have installed the Corel software OK on other computers, eg work computer, no problem.
Has anyone experienced this, possibly knows a fix? Wasn't able to find anything on the forum, via Google, knowledge base etc...

Re: Problem with Corel installer
I saw this tip somewhere else on the board.
So after being told it was my Windows MSI installer, etc. (and not, because I can install other Corel products), the hint was:
hit Tab, return. You'll get an agreement; hit tab, you get a place to enter your registration code, hit tab, program continues; you'll see green bar proceeding; then hit tab and click on the "finish" button.
Its a problem with how the installer is drawing the windows that apparently shows up in only some graphics cards (mine's a Gforce).
After installation the program itself works fine.
This also applies to the Particleshop installer that has the same problem!
I'm searching to the post that give me the hint!
