"Import from digital media" missing?

Post by helloguys »

I'm running VideoStudio Pro X9 with SP3.

On the "Capture" tab, I was not able to find the option of "Import from digital media". What did I do wrong? Thanks!

I don't think you have done anything wrong, something has gone amiss with the installation, was it available before you installed SP3, can only suggest you try a reinstall and see if that corrects the problem, install SP2 then check, if there, install SP3 and check again.

I uninstalled and reinstalled (without SP). Same result.

Did a fresh install on another PC. Same result.

Is there any log file can tell us what happened? Thanks!

Solved.

I downloaded the original copy from official website and it's working now.

I guess the previous copy I downloaded from 3rd party site was corrupted. Thanks for the help!
