Hi guys, first post here.
How can the brush be used to apply effects (i want blur right now)?
Is it possible to make a brush that brushes in text, and how if it is possible?

Which brush?
What do you mean by 'blur right now?'
You can brush with paint in text.
Select the text and size and choose Selection. You can then paint that selection.
To add a blur, go to Adjust and choose a type of Blur.
