Not printing all of image on the 4x6
When I print to my canon photo printer it does not print edge to edge. Trying to print a 4x6 picture. Any ideas? I have PaintShop Pro 7

Whether or not a printer will print edge to edge depends on (a) the printer itself, and (b) the printer driver/software. It is not a factor of the graphic program from which the image is input AS LONG AS you have the image properly sized in PSP to print at 4x6 inches. As for printers, while some say they can print edge to edge that is not always the case in real life, and depends on how the printer feeds the paper through the print heads. If it must physically grip an edge (or edges) of the paper then you are likely going to get at least a small border along those edges.drwho41963 wrote:When I print to my canon photo printer it does not print edge to edge. I have always had Canon printers. In my experience, it has always been better to print photos from the Canon software which comes with the printer, rather than direct from photo editing software, including PSP. You certainly get more options using the Canon software... including not only printing or not printing borders, but also adjusting the output depending on whether the photo paper you are printing to is gloss, high gloss or matte.

If you're serious about your printing I would suggest looking at a printing program such as QImage.

All I had to do was rotate the photo for it to print edge to edge no borders.
