Problem with the "Find function" in Photo Explorer

I am learning to use Photo Explorer 8.5. In my opinion its a good tool besides PhotoImpact 10 and much more better than the Album to manage Photo Archieve. However I am having a problem with the "Find" function. When I first time tried it( search with Location and File name), it made a search fine, but then it stopped to work. Does anyone have expierienced similar problem and found some solution for it ?

this problem is quite normal. Usually, reinstalling the program works for others. You can try reinstalling and see if it works for you

Yup, this happened to me too. It looks like Ulead isn't inclined to fix this as as soon as possible. Probably they don't regard this as a major problem and a big cause of concern. You can use the "Search" function of Windows anyway.

What do you guys think? Should this be a cause of major concern or is it minor issue... an acceptable trade off considering the other cool features of this software. Tell me what you think...
