Can you try to reset the program by re-naming the folder "19.0" to "19.0_old"

Replace the reference to 18.0 with 19.0

I realise now you are running Windows 10 but again the location of the folder is in %appdata%

Before I tried the above I opened the program one more time. Beggars belief but it worked. The About is now showing the correct version. So it looks resolved. Very many thanks for your help. If it throws another wobbler I will try to reset as per your message
