ASP 3 Updates, bug fixes - when?

Haven't seen any reports here on expected updates and/or bug fixes and correspondence with tech support has stopped with the last message being 'we passed it along' (paraphrased). I'm getting ads for ASP3 invading everything and it sucks that the ads work and the software doesn't. Give us a report on when an update is due.
