Hello,
Can someone tell me if there's a way that I can change the audio source to an external microphone when I'm using screen capture? I'm trying to record my screen with my external mic which sounds good compared to my system audio which does not.
I know I don't have to show this dialog box but I'm doing it for practice. Please don't pay attention to the second image. There's mistakenly, another dialog on top of the first one.
Screen capture and audio

In Control Panel/Sound what device have you set for recording, your external microphone should be listed, make sure you set it as the default device, then try recording again

Re: Screen capture and audio
Oh, thanks Robert. I didn't even think of that. I didn't know that the system audio can be changed to anything other than the internal mic. I check it out.

Re: Screen capture and audio
Ok, my Blue Snowball mic. is the one that's checked already, so I guess that's considered the system audio now. Great, thanks again!
