I'm having issues with final rendering of videos. I receive an error saying, "unable to load library [###:#:#]." I'll also sometimes get an error saying "This format is supported only in Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10" even though I am running Windows 7.
It seems to be related to using transitions, as when I remove them all from my video, it then renders successfully.
Error rendering videos with transitions?

Welcome to the forum!
I noticed that you posted your message twice. I have removed the other post. As you were advised when you registered, your first two posts have to be approved by a Moderator before they will become visible. After that, you can post freely.
As for your problem, I can't say I have ever seen that message before. What version of Video Studio are you using? And are the transitions the ones that came with Video Studio or from another program?
It would also be useful to know the properties of the video you are trying to edit, and what you are intending to render it to. To get the Properties, right click on one of the clips in the VS timeline and select Properties. Then either copy them here manually or take a screen grab of the Properties box and upload it here as an Attachment.

Re: Error rendering videos with transitions?
I'm having the same trouble... Just trying to render a video. Tried every format and ever output option. Video is not that large. It gets to 84% and says This Format Not supported by Windows 7 etc... just as above. I'm not using transitions.
My version is:
Corel Video Studio X9 19.5.0.35 (32-Bit Ultimate)
Please see attached file for my media properties.
The first thing I tried to render it to was an MPEG4 AVC 30p 2.5Mbps... But I have tried every output possible.
Thanks,
-Ernie

Hi ernpratt
And welcome to the forums
If the render always fails at 84% then it is usually something on the timeline at 84%
Can you check the timelines for the content at that point.
The sample you show is 121 seconds, how long is the actual project?
Quick Time was installed by earlier versions, some Mpeg4 and Mov files may require quicktime.
Do you have Quicktime installed?

Re: Error rendering videos with transitions?
Same problems here. Been using other Corel Graphics programs mostly successfully and downloaded a trial version of X9.5 to see if I liked it. Was able to edit and render one video to Mpeg-4. The second video had several simple Fade to Black transitions between clips. Rendering crashes at 87% with the same mentioned "This format is supported only in..." error. I'm using Windows 10 on a 64-bit machine. A box would also read "Frame 51 is unreadable." There happened to be a FTB transition at 51sec so it was removed. Rendering crashed again at the same % but the second box read "Frame 0 is unreadable." Every transition was removed. Still crashed. Should point out that it would render in AVI but looked horrible.
Obviously there are bugs in the program. Need a working program now so I gave up and am picking up Premier Elements 14 from Best Buy.

Re: Error rendering videos with transitions?
Hi J Hampton
Welcome to the forums
Sorry you are having these problems, we are volunteers helping run the forum but do not work for Corel
You should report this to Corel Support as the problem does seem to re-appear.
The trial version is a cut down version with many features removed although should work with mpeg4 files.
If you could create a Smart Package of your problem project, upload to a sharing site, DropBox etc. we can try to replicate the problem
Frame 51 unreadable, the last time I saw that error referred to a clip having 51 frames, although that does not explain the Frame 0 error

Re: Error rendering videos with transitions?
Hi
I was facing two issues... one error was related to frame or it said video playable on windows 7, 8 etc...
The main thing causing this error was flash transition between clips... when i removed them it worked like a charm. Try and see if it works.
