I can't use the Screenrecording funktion

I just purchased VideoStudio X9.
The editor is working fine, but when I try to activate the screen-recorder I get this message.

Don't get confused, the notes are in Hungarian

I downloaded the Hotfix package did not help either. I also checked all the Windows updates and deleted the ones that were recommended to be deleted.

Any idea what to try to get it to work?

You do not need to delete or remove windows updates if you have installed the hotfix - - the hotfix was released to allow Videostudio to work with all windows updates installed - reinstate them they are security updates

you have given us the error report but not the error message itself - which would normally be something like "Failed to initiate capture" or something similar

what have you got in the window - many people have reported screen capture will not work if 5 channel surround sound is active
