Glass Effect

Greetings Everyone;
Thank You in advance for any help or suggestions with this..
After migrating to PSP from another prog I'm having a hard time working with text effects, and there seem to be some effects missing in PSP that I use frequently missing.
In this instance, I'm trying to create a "Glass Text Effect" which is semi-transparent and almost looks like a custom watermark.. similar to what I've attached..
is there a way to do this in PSP..?

If you Google "glass text effect in Paint Shop Pro" you will find some tutorials on how to achieve this or you can use a free plug-in http://www.plugincreativity.net/
