I downloaded the SP3 update and now the application doesn't work at all.
I can't import WMV files anymore. If I drag and drop, all I get is a blank white rectangle in the timeline. It appears to be stuck in "drag" without me being able to "drop". The application crashes shortly after that.
On the next occasion when I tried this, I got a weird alert message that says "No Storage To Load BB!", then it hangs for a few seconds before crashing again.
In short, this update has been a total disaster and I simply can't use the application at all. Please help!
