ASP 2-3 64 bit crash on launch

ASP 2-3 64 bit crash on launch
Working with Corel support an issue was identified where Dell back-up and recovery causes ASP to crash. Disabling the DELL back-up resolves the issue. I was not using it so it causes me no grief.
