Very simple, see images, be aware that there are limitations as to the size that can be attached, you may need to reduce the image size

To upload an Attachment, look for the Upload Attachment tab directly below the text box in which you are writing a message here. See the attached image where the red arrow is pointing.
VS Upload Attachment.png
Then press the Browse button to find where the image you want to upload here is stored. Then press Add the File. The windows text will change a little, and the name of the file will appear in blue below an empty File Comment window.

Below it will be two buttons: Place inline and Delete file. If you want the image to appear at the bottom of your message, then you don't have to do any more than press the Submit button.

But if you want the image to appear somewhere in the middle of your message, then press "Place inline". At the beginning of your message will appear a new Field starting with [attachment=0], followed by the name of your file, and then another set of square brackets with '/attachment' between them. Highlight this entire Field and cut it, then Paste it in the location you want it to appear in. Then press Submit and the image will then appear in that part of your message.

You make sure it is correctly located by first pressing the Preview button.

Ok, got it.

Thank you both very much for the clear instructions! Now I just need to use it. I was going to use it before when I had a problem with transitions but I got it solved anyway.

Thanks again!

Ok, that was the inline option and it worked perfectly!

Thank you both again very much. Now it'll be much easier to get my points across.
