Ubuntu 16.04 and ASP3 ARW, CR2, JPG, TIF

Just filed this on there Facebook page as there bug reporting page keeps crashing. Hope someone from Corel responds becasue right now ASP3 is worthless.

Ubuntu 16.04 and ASP3 in it's current state is worthless as it can't load jpg. It seems it can load and export RAW file to jpg. I would really like to hear from someone from Corel as I'm not the only person with this problem.
