I purchased Aftershot pro 2 in Nov. then in april tried to use it
serial number would not go into box, never got it to work
I have had 5 case numbers on this, 5 installs put serial # in 25 times
discussed with tech support , 40 e mails so far
NO HELP
Any body else have this problem
