Something is wrong with the X9 service pack 3 update

Ok, I tried to start my VS x9 and a pop up asked if I want to install the service pack 3 update, so I selected of and it said to shut down VS for the service pack to install but every time I do it, nothing happens!
Anybody know of any issues like this? I didn't have x9 long enough for SP1 or SP2 so I don't know if those had to be installed first or not, but there is no error message or anything....just nothing at all...no sign of anything downloading or installing or anything.

Well, I can't even download Service Pack 3, it is not shown in Video Studio Updates, last one being Service Pack 2
Trying to download Pack 3 gives script error/ download cannot be completed at this time and offers Web Browser Download which takes you to Patches and Updates, but no Pack 3

That's really strange. Corel chat is always off on the weekends...go figure. Anyway, I'll see if I can chat with someone there on Monday or whenever they feel like getting to work, to see if there's really an SP3.

In fact I never even got an offer for SP1 or SP2 yet. So I don't know if I could have installed SP3 without first installing SP1 and 2 anyway. I took a screenshot of the sp3 update but I don't know how to upload an attachment. I tried and I expected it to attach but it didn't.

FWIW, I get the same -- or much the same -- as rkstudio. I get the message about installing SP3 and it says it is downloaded and ready for installation. But when I press OK, the message remains on screen (see image below) and nothing more happens. Another breathless wait for Corel!!

And as Trevor has already indicated, when you go to the VS website, there is nothing there regarding SP3:

I am having nothing but problems with Video Studio on Windows 10. This is just the latest. I'll wait to hear what comes of this.

The same hier. "An important update is available..." Service Pack 3 is now available... is the message I got everytime I started Videstudio X9 Ultimate, but no action after that.
I do hope this will be fixed soon .

Thanks for that. As I said above, SP3 was not there when I checked last night on http://www.videostudiopro.com/en/support/updates/ and it's still not there! But your link works...

Now installed, with version number now being 19.3.0.18.

SP3 now successfully installed, notice that Corel have now reinstated Triple Scoop Music, however it states "Personal Use Only" does that mean that these tracks cannot be used in videos uploaded to YouTube/Vimeo and the like, if so, what's the point of having them

Each thumbnail in the library has a shopping cart/trolley on it - and if you right click on it the first option is to purchase - perhaps that lifts the Personal Use restriction

Unfortunately, that is not the case, the license, costing US$19.99 allows you to use the track for personal use only, if you want to stream your video you need to purchase an additional license at a considerable additional cost, all the thumbnails with pictures are preview files only and cannot be used, only the thumbnails with the speaker/music icon can be used without paying for a license
