Keyword Sets Import?

OK - I've created a number of keyword sets to suit my catalogue, and exported this for safety to xml.
After experimenting with different catalogues, I find that my keyword sets have disappeared - how do I re-import my backup xml file?

I've tried manually copying it to"C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel AfterShot Pro 3\supportfiles\defaults\locale\en\keywordSets.xml" (My program directory)
and to "F:\Aftershot\Photo Catalogue\locale\en\KeywordSets.xml" (My catalogue directory), without success,
ASP3 either doesn't display any sets at all, or reverts to the default settings. What am I missing?
