Hi Everyone,
With the enhanced Highlight Recovery in AfterShot Pro 3 capable of recovering more detail than in previous versions, we've seen more reports lately of an issue we refer to as 'pink hue' -- where a badly overexposed image acquires a pink hue upon (using higher settings of) highlight recovery. There are multiple interlocking factors at the root of this issue, and we have a fix ready for testing.
At this point we are asking users affected by this issue if they can please submit sample RAW images to us that we can use to verify our solution. We're eager to resolve this particular issue, so any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Please submit your image (or organize a drop of your large RAW image) to sampleimage<at>corel<dot>com.
Thanks again and I hope together we'll be able to lick this nagging bug! Thanks to those who've submitted already!
Sincerely
Greg Wood, PM for AfterShot Pro
