What should I buy for creating special effect for video...
I want to create special effects, for example.......If a football player throws a football I want the football to light up with special effects as it goes through the air. What program should I look at for that?

It will probably take you a bit of time, but you can touch up each individual frame (25 frames each second (PAL) or 30 (NTSC) ) so 30 seconds worth at PAL would be 750 frames.
To do this you use "Video Paint" which is a part of Media Studio Pro
