Removing Presets in version 3

I enter "Manage" presets, highlight all of the default Presets that came with the program, click the minus sign, and they disappear. Precisely what I wanted. Next time I start the program - there they are again! How do I get rid of them permanently??

workaround: delete the default-default presets.

i don't have my windows rig handy, so i can't tell you the exact path from the top of my head.
should be something like C:\Program Files -- Corel -- Aftershot3 -- supportfiles\default\Presets\
the last part i know, just the start might be different.

just for reference, on Linux it's "/opt/AfterShot3(64-bit)/supportfiles/defaults/Presets/"
