X9 graphics color choices in edit

In X9 - Does anyone know how to make the graphics color choices default to "color" rather than "color pattern". Seems to me we used to be able to tell it where to default. I've looked everywhere in preferences. Maybe setting that default is not available?

I don't think it was ever in preferences, but in earlier VS there wasn't color pattern folder at all.
What color do you use most? make a JPG of it and import it to patterns. By having it as JPG you can CC it to any color you desire.
