ASP3 Blending Modes - only available with Circle tool?

Post by pete »

Can anyone confirm as a bug/explain something I might be missing?

It seems that in working with layers only the Circle region tool has the ability to switch between Additive and Subtractive blend modes.
I made a new adjustment layer and drew a couple regions on it. Only the circle regions have blending as an option in the Layer manager palette. They will blend either Additive or Subtractive, but the polygon and curve regions are stuck with additive-only. Seems like an oversight?? Also missing is a simple rectangle region.

Also, if we could get an "auto-close polygon" command executed by hitting ESC, rather than trying to double click over the previously placed node, that'd be GREAT.

Thanks,
Pete

I can confirm that bug!
Thats the bad thing with ASP - some nice improvements - but other bugs are not solved - and new bugs or disadvantages are added.
Or things get lost, like Noise Ninja, Watched Folders, Plugins like Texa (the new Watermark-tool is nice but has not all the features that Texa had) ...
And yes - I also would like to have a simple rectangle region.
