SmartSaver Question

Sometime ago,I believe when I purchased the PhotoExplorer 7 disk I received as a free bonus a SmartSaver programme,not the Pro version but a simplified but very useful compression tool.I have just suffered a hard-disk failure and have had to install all third party applications again.Does anyone know where I can pick up this little programme? Thanks.

I think you have to contact the Ulead technical support. They will ask you for the confirmation email that they have sent you during your purchase of their product and then they'll give you a redownload link for that product. ^_^

No luck there it seems.All I get is a reply from Ulead asking me to file another tech report if I haven't already solved the problem myself.Round and round we go!

We're talking 7 or 8 years ago here so regretfully such a record has not survived.The only number I have recorded in my diary for my version of Smartsaver 3.0 is the 'Tech Support ID: 225-4616' what ever that represents.It looks like a phone-number but may not be.I do recall that this bonus had no serial number.
I had hoped that Ulead themseves would have kept a record of my original purchase but can understand their not doing so.
I understand that SS 3.0 was also included in PhotoImpact 4.2.Now,if I could only find a copy of that!
