VS Ultimate x9 missing Smart scene and thumbnail menus

I just started using Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X9 and after going to the "share" section and then the menu gallery, I note that unlike in VS Pro X5 there are no Smart Scene, Thumbnail or Text menus to choose from. As a result I cannot use motion menu, moving path, motion filter, menu in, menu out, pan and zoom etc in my menu editing. Since the downloaded program was quite large I find it hard to believe that they are not "on" the computer. How can I check that they are there and how do I access them? By the way, the project properties is AVCHD, is that why?

SmartScene Menus appear under DVD only and are not available for AVCHD
