ASP 3 stopped creating JPGS

I downloaded the ASP 3 trial. GlAD I DIDN'T BUY IT! First few times I used it, it worked well and was faster than my current version (1.1.0.30) Then it stopped creating JPGS. When I drag raw files to the Batch Output tab, nothing happens. Thought about reinstalling, but if ASP 3 is this fragile, I'm not interested. Guess we'll have to wait for the first Service Pack.

I sent an email to Corel Tech Support about this problem. I got a very prompt response suggesting I delete the APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP directory. I was a little reluctant to do this since I didn't know what effect this might have on my other applications. Anyway I procrastinated long enough that an involuntary Windows 10 made the decision for me. It cleaned up the APPDATA\LOCAL\TEMP directory and ASP 3 started generating JPGS again. Don't know how long this will last - I will repost as needed. Kudos to Corel for the quick response.
