Aftershot pro 3 problem HDR

Hello my Friends
I bought aftershotpro3 because with aftershotpro2 can not edit my raw . Fujifilm X - E2 v4.0 .
aftershotpro3 can.
But the HDR program not workingwell.
When I open HDR with single RAW
is going there about 10 times longer to open the picture .
If it is open dan it is shown very dark .
Then divide image . then it's about 20 times longer be up to three pictures appear .
The three pictures are all displayed equally dark .
What's going on , I have done something wrong .
I have yet aftershotpro2 uninstalled previously .
I hope someone can help me.

I'm also having a problem with the HDR. When selecting "single RAW photo" option, I get the usual HDR creation screen as used in ASP 2, but the preview image and thumbnail is black. Clicking split image will create 2 additional frames, also black. If I click "Process" everything works fine, and I get the usual preset options etc, but as the HDR engine seems to be the same as in ASP 2, I can't see where the problem is.
Timing - wise, the whole process is very quick - no problems to report there.

After I started my 10 windows updated and new, my first trouble is past .
But now I have the exact same same problem as Ludgateman.

On my computer, running latest ASP3 on Opensuse Leap 42, is the HDR blanked out – no HDR !
