ASP 3 customToolsUI

Post by malepo »

Hi all, has soemone already tested the customToolsUI.txt
I just copied mine from Version ASP2 to the Testinstall ASP3 and after that ASP3 istn't starting or crashes at the state when trying to build up the menus. After deleteing the customToolsUI.txt ASP3 is working again.

Any ideas or hints?

Thanks
Martin

customToolsUI.txt is working here! You have to check the changes.
so here
Lens, L, Advanced/LensCorrection.ui (has changed to) Lens, L, Advanced/LensCorrectionWrapper.ui
WM, Wm, Watermark.ui is new
and so on ...

(see /opt/AfterShot3(64-bit)/supportfiles/tools/)

delete Plugin uis that you don't use

I noticed that is is necessary to install the plugins from ASP - coping the folder "Plugins (64-bit)" is not working for all plugins

Thanks Hannes, I tried a lot so far.

with AS2 it doesn't matter whether the UI was available or not; AS2 irgnored that row - AS3 is just crashing.

Last line in LOG says "Using customToolsUI.txt" and that's it, so that's not that easy.

Thanks

ok, I give up.

from what I found its crashing due to some QT5 libraries.

well AS3 feels faster and I would have give it a go, but not if this isn't working here

Thanks an cheers
