Hi! I need to install new keypack to see new film but now the site says "Error ID is r08"... :(

....and now nothing. i sent 10 emails with this error reporting to corel. all i got is a standard reply. doesn't change anything. we are lost at this point. if they think i would spend money in a new version, they are enormous wrong ! :evil:

How about dvdfab passkey? May allow us to get around the problem?

that's a possibility, yes. but i don't know what dvdfab is doing, but it let's me not load the movie...
