Is that real? I almost bought the update, domain and certificate seems be legit, but I hesitated Would be awesome if it's gonna be available for linux.
It would be great, but I am old enough to remember a company one of whose mottoes was "IBM doesn't comment on unannounced products". And the behaviour on previous releases and upgrades would suggest that there are some ex-Blue guys at Corel.
I think that there will be a new version soon but I dont know when.
I hope that it has all the latest RAW camera support.
The new V3 should be a significant improvement not just a little change from v2.4.0.119 that we have currently.
Finally with more cameras and better lens corrections support (i.e. MFT RAW built-in profiles, lensfun and so)? Or with those asocial social network sharing s**** bullshits?
59$ for update. Installed a trial version. Looks just the same but there is watermarking tool. No support for new cameras, same noise killer (very bad) etc. This does it finally for me, I will never return to try ASP again. Every single converter (including open source) does better job and support new cameras. Linux users, Silkypix works under wine perfectly...

ASP3 is not available yet so you are looking at ASP2!
GradFilter and GradFilter Pro are available for ASP3!
There are some improvements - but some of the old Bugs are still there!
Long requested features are still not implemented.
So the upgrade price is too high in my opinion.
For me it is a "sign of live" - I still would like to give ASP a chance

Me, too. I would probably not have been too happy about the new version, except that GradFilterPro is available again. So I have bought a new copy of the plugin too, as I promised Roger I would.

Those Ex-Blue guys are insidious! (I'm not one.) We don't try to be secretive about matters like this, but usually we like to keep the key elements of the product under wraps so we can reveal in organized fashion. (There are benefits and drawbacks to this)
