I'm not seeing the option to save a file BACK to the folder it has come from. I can only see "another" folder option that is a cumulative folder of all work.

Either...
1. Click on File...Export
2. or Click on the Output tab, right click on your preferred output and choose "Settings"
A dialog box will pop up. Look for "Export to:" near the top of the dialog box. Choose "Source Folder" from the options in the drop down box.
