Error and failed burning

Hi All, In movie factory 4 disc creator, I am having problems burning to DVD-R disc
the error code is: Error: (0X8004145D)DVDR-DA0-5P11-2A-02-03-02-00

My computer is a shop hand bult unit, of an AMD Athlon 64 processor,
1GB Ram and windows XP Home.
Is this somthing the new update will fix, only I am getting failed burning when using Nero 6 as well, could the DVD writer despite only being 3 months old be fulty?
