There isn't one with X6. The last time I remember seeing one was with PSPX3.

Most photobook publishers have either an online designer or their own software you can install. Exactly how you will place images on the page and the design options will depend on the service you choose.

It's possible to create individual images for each page of the photo book directly inside PSP and then just save it as a separate image. Add that into any photobook designer as a full page image and you've just leveraged all of PSP's editing capabilities to making the photobook if you don't like the options that the photobook designer gives you.
