PUP Found by McAfee

While doing a virus scan the following came up regarding a file in the:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\ named "ulStreamCache.dll". It is suspected to be an Adware-WinShow PUP.

Tried contacting tech support by email but their email server was not working.

Just want to know if this file is legit or if anyone else has this come up? Did an internet search and saw the same question but it was posted to the wrong forum and it was not answered.

It's a false positive. Symantec has fixed their signature for the threat, but assuming you are using up-to-date McAfee signatures, they haven't updated theirs yet.

Thanks for your reply. I assume that I have posted in the wrong area. I thought that since the only Ulead Product that I own is VS 9 that I would ask the question relative to that forum.
