Export problem

Hi everybody,

i've a big problem with videostudio pro X9, he won't export my project in mpeg-4 with any parameter, he told me error 16803:4:6

Is this the full and paid for version of X9 or the free trial ?

Start free trial and activated, I didn't have done the update(they don't work because, I install the program on a second harddrive and they installed on the first harddrive), all the other mode of export work expect the mpeg4

The trial version of X9 cannot export mp4 files

when you 'activated' your trial copy did you download any additional files - if you did where did they install - on your first or second hard drive

activating a trial is never a good thing to do

I recommend that you completely uninstall the 'activated' trial version - then download and install the full paid for version

does anyone else have same problem?

In my case I ran x9 ultimate, all worked well till upgrade to 9.5 (at least that point I remember) where I am not able to render any video (in MPG4) file any more. Just 0b size file which does contain export file name from "Share" section setup.

I dont want to reinstall whole thing as not sure what remains after uninstall. Also just noticed projects created by 9.5 has no backwards compatibility ://
