No access to Creative Collection

I have Windows 10. Just installed Paintshop Pro X8. The extra that came with product, Creative Collection installed, or at least the box installing it said so. I can not access any of the stuff I am supposed to be able to have. I did look at one of the forums's entries and read about it being on the C drive. I went to my C drive and can not open anything. In Paintshop Pro X8, I found a list of folders from this collection but all the folders were empty. So, it's supposed to be installed but I don't have anything. I would like to be able to use these tools so I need help. I will not be able to understand any technical response so please be easy on me. Thanks.

Corel installs it in a really unlikely place- right click on C drive, go to Users, Public, Pictures to find the Creative Content. Hope you can find it- I had to ask too. I don't know why they don't install it in an easier to find place.

Or at least have a read me text file with full info about where everything is installed. That can't be too difficult.
