I am trying to test DPS3 out before I decide i want to buy it, but whenever I create a slide show, and set it to create dvd folders, it ALWAYS crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but still get the same thing. I leave it on overnight with nothing running. Ive defragged and I have recently formatted. I am running on an amd athlon 64bit 3200+ with 512mb kingston hyperx ram on a 40gig 10,000rpm WD raptor...
Why wont the update patch apply towards the trial version? When I try to run the update patch, it claims that it cannot find a DVD Picture show installation and just quits. My guess is that it wont apply itself to the trial version...
How am I supposed to make my decision on whether or not to buy this program if I cannot apply the patch that makes it function properly??!!

The patch can't be installed on the trial version. You can only install it if you get the full version. If you want, you can try to reinstall the software. It probably is just a corrupt file with the one you have installed.
