Videostudio X9 Service Pack 1
This morning VideoStudio X9 stopped working on me 4 times for unknown reasons and closed the program. I restarted the computer, which updated Windows 10, but the problem persisted. I decided to look for updates to Videostudio X9 and tried to install Service Pack 1 a couple of times. Each time I got a message "The installed version of the software application could not be determined. The set-up will now terminate". How can this be? Can anyone help with this issue?

That message means that SP1 is already installed as has been stated many times in this forum

Sorry,I did search and didn't find the previous posts. Thanks anyway! Any idea what could have caused the program to stop working so often? I used to get this problem with older versions, but this is the first time with X9
