Hi,
I have just upgraded to Corel Videostudio Ultimate X9 and I wanted to change my project properties to AVCHD because it is the only codec in videostudo that allows surround sound. But when I click on it it says Either memory is low or ULTEMP.dat is corrupted and shows no options in the menu. Does anyone know whats happening. It's extremely urgent.
Also none of the extra plugins in ultimate are showing like proDAD Mercalli...
Also one more thing... all of my renders stop at 10% and the program freezes.
Thank You
Videostudio Ultimate X9 Won't Show Any AVCHD Options

It appears to me you need to remove/uninstall your installation of X9 as completely as possible and re-install it.

Ok, I did that, but then a message came in when I was reinstalling that some file was missing or something.
Could that have something to do with it??

Hi
It does seem very strange….maybe a corrupt download
First try resetting the program by re-naming the 19.0 folder
Details here:- http://lata.me.uk/corel/reset/reset.htm
Otherwise…
Can you download the program again, choose Download Only and different save folder.
Compare the new downloads to the first downloads.
You can now manually install the program, main file (ultimate folder) by running the Setup.exe files.
Run the program to see if you have problems.
then install for the Standard Content (setup_CHD.exe)
Run the program to check function
Then install the Bonus Features, installs the ProDad package etc. (setup_Bonus.exe)
Check for problems?

Re: Videostudio Ultimate X9 Won't Show Any AVCHD Options
So I unistalled the version I had installed, and tried reinstalling it by running the setup files. But now the setup files are just not opening. I try to open it and a transparent box comes up for about half a second before closing and not opening again...
Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on?
