With Corel Ultimate X8 I captured video using Pinnacle 710-USB from non-digital source. A few days I installed Corel Ultimate X9, but Pynnacle 710-USB is not recognized, and it appears notice which is not connected to the video capture drivers.
If I use Roxio Next 4 software, I can capture video.
Any suggestion?

That doesn’t explain why X8 works yet X9 does not.
Maybe contact Corel support for their explanation.
